- in some way everything changed when we started working from home, since everything has to be done online with no face to face interaction. Many people avoided turning on their cameras or unmuting themselves so the communication and relationship between colleagues has changed I could say drastically therefore the atmosphere, trust and communication was impacted as well. Rituals - we managed to find new ways of interacting or creating at least small rituals such as online group games.

- Stearline and encourage communications between related departments
- A choice of working remotely 100% for people who wants it, cause now we have to go to the office at least 1 time per week which might be complicated for some people.
- More focus on employees improvement and growth
- I would love that people got recognized for a good daily works more often, it seems that only our mistakes are being noticed, but when you work good no one says a word to prays that, sometimes it feels that our work does not matter.
- Promotion within the departments, now we have to apply to the position that we want even though it is a part of our organization. I believe this could improve peoples motivation and willingness to take extra steps to be seen. Cause now we do a lot and get no recognition for that.
