A choice of working remotely 100% for people who wants it, cause now we have to go to the office at least 1 time per week which might be complicated for some people.
More focus on employees improvement and growth
I would love that people got recognized for a good daily works more often, it seems that only our mistakes are being noticed, but when you work good no one says a word to prays that, sometimes it feels that our work does not matter.
Promotion within the departments, now we have to apply to the position that we want even though it is a part of our organization. I believe this could improve peoples motivation and willingness to take extra steps to be seen. Cause now we do a lot and get no recognition for that.
