The role of new technologies in language learning as a method to motivate the universities’ students

What would you recommend in the usage of these tools for language learning, to make the learning process more effective?

  1. learn with these tools every day for at least 10 minutes
  2. More speaking exercises and writing. not giving out too much hints, but make the person think about it
