If you had a chance to improve or change something within your organizational culture what would that be?
Recognition system could be improved, greater amount of points could be distributed amongst employees and I would suggest letting employees decide on how many points they want to give to a specific person cause now we are put in this tight frame with no freedom to decide on our own.
Salary
I understand that this company is a multiple site corporation, but the communication could be better, sometimes same questions or issues are being raised over and over again and still not resolved.
Values, Leaders
I'd like to improve overall communication and eliminate the situation of various teams working towards the same goals, but in silos (because of the size of the organization, different teams are not aware of others and the projects they work on; sometimes those improvements/projects overlap).
Salary - bigger
There is a lack of employee recognition, appreciation for hard work from the company. That could be shown in form of cash bonuses, or other perks such as transportation compensation, monthly lunch allowance, 100% company paid events for their employees.
Not sure to be honest, it is kind of standard, modern, western, ESG score conscious, corporate social responsibility at the front type of culture.
