Yes, but it is in positive way. Other Latvia citizens are asking me for speaking Latgalian.
Just because Latvians think that Latgalians live like in stone age, thay think that we have not got electricity, cars, and so ect.

No. Latvians can't seperate from Latgalia, only region can seperate from country not other way around. You will not het anything meaningfull from this survey. You yourself didn't know what you want to ask. it's like you made some survey at 5am in the morning, 2 days before Bachelor thesis completion date. I recommend to rewrite this survey.
Not at all
In my own experience I have never felt some separatism about being Latgalian. Actually, I have always considered it as being something very unique and special and I have always been proud about that. However, I must admit there are some people who are rather stereotypical about Latgalian people, but, fortunately, I haven't seen this attitude towards myself.
