What do you think about team process (3 teams of 2)?
- well I think delegation is always a good thing to reduce workload and tasks but it may also result in 1 dominating person doing most of the work
- Worked well and was a good way to spread out the workload
How have we worked within the team?
- we have done fine but we are still storming. we haven't normed yet

working within group of 2 what was the favorite way of communication?

what do you think was positive about working within 3 teams of 2?
- many things were positive. e.g. delegated tasks to different groups and we knew what hath to be done, straight forward, responsibility for more members within the team, accountability for who did what, less time consuming. etc
- more productive
what do you think was negative about working within 3 teams of 2?
- communication, each group did work independently thereby leaving out the linkages between the 2 other groups within the team, conflicts between the leaders of the groups within the team
- slightly segregated
what would you do differently if you we're given same task again?
- improve communication between the groups, transparency of every work done by each group, and appropriate feedback
- lots of things but he-insight is 20/20 vision
what were you expecting from team?
- I was expecting better results than we did but we didn't do too bad due to the amount of comflicts within the group as a whole

what have you learned from working in team?
- to manage diversity a bit better next time and also personality types
- everyone has a different personality which leads to different ways of doing things
How would you evaluate overall working in the team experience?
- its was fun I must admit but we never took account of the personality types and how to manage it effectively and efficiently and that was why we haven't still normed. but overall experience is good
