Customer service in tourism business

If you ever used a tourism agency, can you please write what negative things have you experienced that were due to the agency's fault?

  1. They didnt make a reservation for a hotel so we had to stay in another hotel

  3. The holiday did not meet our expectations, tour operator was not familiar with all the things they must have known. Also, we were misinformed about the local prices.
