Customer service in tourism business
I am gathering data for final thesis and the topic is "low customer satisfaction in tourism agencies''. Please answer the questions if you are a traveler or if you ever used any travel company including national airports and trains with buses.

Do you rather plan your holiday yourself or choose a tourism agency?
If you ever used a tourism agency, can you please write what negative things have you experienced that were due to the agency's fault?
- They didnt make a reservation for a hotel so we had to stay in another hotel

- We were at the airport in Paris late at night. We were trying to find out which hotels were still available because we did not have access to the internet and plus the traffic there is hard and directions are confusing if you're not local. The young lady working at information point was not able to answer any of our questions. Also she was rude and was unwilling to try and help us in some way.
