Birthday celebration traditions in East Asian countries (China, South Korea and Japan) and Lithuania
Name a few traditions that you have in your country, that you think could not be found in other coutries? Does it have some special meaning?

We have Joninės in Lithuania. It happens on a day when the night is the shortest and the day is the longest. On that night you have to find the blossom of a fern. To our family it doesn't really have a special meaning.
I don't think we have something that different.
I have no idea :D
I don't really know any specific birthday celebrating traditions that cannot be found elsewhere, because the traditions of celebrating birthdays in Lithuania have been heavily influenced by the Western world.
