Birthday celebration traditions in East Asian countries (China, South Korea and Japan) and Lithuania
Name a few traditions that you have in your country, that you think could not be found in other coutries? Does it have some special meaning?
Drinking. A lot of youth think that drinking is the main thing of birthday celebrating. I think it's very bad attitude.
One of traditions is at 12 o'clock. The one who's birthday it is sits on the chair and others put chair in the air the number of what age is the person. People who does not put chair in the air give the champange shower to celebrating person. I don't know if it's in other countries.
I don't think that Lithuania has special traditions.
I think, we haven't any traditions which have meaning.
It is same as other countries. We do not have something unique.

I don't know, Lithuania is as basic and boring as it gets. At least when we're talking about birthdays. Nothing unique or new that other countries don't do.
