What should people do if they want to lose weigh?
Firstly they have to exercise and secondly they have to eat food wich have less callories
They should do more exercises

I haven't used any diet in my life, so i can't really say weather they effective or not. But I think that diet cant help just if you combine it with exercising.
I think that not very strict diets are effective, because you lose weight little by little, otherwise, if you are on a very strict diet, first of all, it is unhealthy and second - it is hard to continue that kind of diets, so, people often stop doing that and then their weight becomes even two times bigger than it was before the diet.
I think that various diets is a nonsense... If people wants to be healthy and beautiful, they should eat less and take a sport, but not to eat nothing...
They should try "Stop eating junk food all the time'' diet. In my opinion it's effective if the person have strong will.
