Hello, I am a student of University of applied social sencies (health and beauty business). For my master paper I am doing research to determine what influences consumer's intention to purchase SPA services. This survey is anonymous. The results will be used only for academic purposes. SPA - is a 3 Latin phrases: sanitas per aqua, sanus per aqua or solus per aqua. They all mean the same thing - health through water: it is various baths, massages, beauty treatments, pools, physical therapy, inhalation, and so on.
