If not, what are possible reasons for it? Name some of them.
homework, work.
too much home tasks and
reading for university
studies
there are too many homeworks
that lecturers give students
to do.
love,work,family,friends
Firs of all it would be good
to ask, whether they want to
spend their free time on
literature at all :) I think
that those, who want, always
find time for that. But,
generally speaking, students
lack spare time because they
have a lot of homework; beside
that, other have jobs ant
other activities.
lack of time
too much homework and
compulsory reading
Most often they have enough
other work. But some
students are really fast and
manage to find some time for
reading if they are keen on
it :)
While studying english
philology I have not enough
free time for reading
literature that I like.
Homework, being exhausted.
Studies that require hard
work leave very little free
time
in my opinion, the main
reason is the lack of time
The question is if students
at all have enough free time.
As for me, my studies take
too many of my free time.
They have too much of other
readings and activities to do
and thus no time for any other
activity remains.Besides, my
guess is that people now spend
more of their free time at
home watching TV or sitting at
the computer rather than
reading books.
A lot of homework
too much homework and
additional assignments
We spend most of our time on
homework; also we have to
read a lot for our lectures
and thereofore we choose
some other ways of spending
our free time

A big part of students work on
their free time, so they could
pay rent, tuition fees and so
on. Therefore, they can barely
spare any time for reading.
there is to much homework
and other activities. but i
adore reading.
I think less intense course
shedule and less homework
asignments would work..
P.S. atleisk, nieko

First of all, the biggest
part of time students are
obliged to sepnd on their
studies. another reason
might be that not many
student enjoy reading
nowadays as they prefer the
Internet and magazines. The
third reason might be the
increasing popularity of
cinema and film set on books.
damn studies, they take the
majority of our time, besides
as far as I know most of our
groupmates work thus they
can't have much spare time
especially for pleasure
reading=)
due to that they are usually
overloaded with home
assignements
They are too busy working
and studying
for e.g. filology students
are forced to spend treir
freetime on compulsory
literature and it takes
loads of time.
Lots of theoretical reading is
involved.
too much tasks, too less time
Students get too many home
tasks.
Students are occupied with a
load of work, there aren't
enough time to read for
pleasure ;)
most students have to study
very much so they have not
enough spare time. some
students have to do some
work to be able to study and
pay rent or other bills.
some students are absorbed
with other activities, job
especially:)
Students have to read a lot of
compulsory literature which
(in my case) I find really
boring and therefore, there is
no time for leisure reading :/
lack of time because of
studies or job; daily living
needs
