The Challanges Facing Young People Seeking Work

Hello! :) I am a first course student at Vilnius University of Applied Sciences, Faculty of Econimics  and i am conducting a survery about young people challanges to find a job.Your opinion and experience are very important in my research and i would be very thankful if you could take 5-10 minutes to aswer some questions that would be a big help for me in my project. 9. In your opinion, why employers should hire young people?

  1. Wheh no
  2. It brings new ideas to company
  3. because they are young and promising
  4. New ideas, passion for work
  5. They bring new ideas and are more motivated to reach the targets given to them
  6. Cheaper workers, fresh ideas, young power for work with no additional payment requirement
  7. Because young people need to gain experience, try themselves in different positions, so they can know what they really would like doing in their life

10. In your opinion, will young people face more difficulties to get a right work in the future?

Why?

  1. I think young people may not know what job they would like to work. But otherwise, young people are not afraid of changes, so they could expriment
  2. As young people has not much interest of improving their work skills, low experience
  3. Couse og perfectionism, automatisation
  4. IT is too hard to change the job markets wiev over young people
  5. Both employers and employees becoming more considerate because of changes in job culture.
  6. Nowadays people doesn't have a problem finding the job. It doesn't matter how old are you..Just young people needs to lower their salary expectations because they don't have working experience
