Since new building there is too many doors to bip with the badge (7 from entrance to inside the room).. Otherwise very friendly staff!

Please install air conditioning. It's unbelievably hot during summer time... Both in the room and in corridors. Actually, you could do something about laundry. Since prices are high, it's crazy to pay an additional cost for using washing machine! Otherwise, everything was perfect :)

Everything was perfect and I really enjoyed my stay in every way! The staff was amazingly friendly and helping. Sadly I had a water damage in my wall which was not fixed over the time. Otherwise I can only be grateful for the experience.

The name "Solo" is really accurate. The structure is perfect for those who like to be left in peace and enjoy the time by themselves. On the contrary, for those who like spending time with people, being always around friends and meet new people, I'd recommend other dorms. In general it's clean but I'd like people to take more care of common places, as I often found the kitchen really dirty (even if there are dishwashers and soap provided!!). One thing that should definitely change in my opinion is the fact that you have to pay for laundry. It is a pretty expensive dorm, used mostly for long periods of time, why should I also pay for laundry? It's nonsense. I enjoyed my time there anyway and I'd recommend it.

I've said yes to the last question because there is no reason to really say no. But, for the price I think I won't recommend it because you can find something in the same area for twice (less) the price. We need to add the cost for the laundry, but at least it works. I find it a bit a shame to not give a pillow or a blanket, that's the minimum, totally more important than receiving a hoodie and creams.. I know it's for good intention but when you book a place like solo, you want everything include in the room. And because of that you penalize the people when they have to leave the room.. Better to not open a cafeteria, if you want to help the local economy let the other places to earn money, SSociety is rich enough with the cost of the rooms to avoid it. Except that, thanks, it was a nice place to stay. I didnt have any problem or it was fix quickly, so well done and great team :)

In Every flour should be cleaned vacuum cleaner Every 2 days maybe. Every time I took vacuum cleaner, he was dirty and I should clean it by myself...

No suggestions, just perfect, couldn't get any better!

I’m an erasmus student so I spent few time here. The idea is really good: you have your privacy in a good place but you can also enjoy time with other residents. Girls in the reception were really nice and always ready to help you. I can just suggest to add things in the gym because with few things it could be really better . But the most important problem is the air conditioning in the summer! For that price is necessary because in my room but also in the others was impossible to stay in and to spend time. Also impossible to sleep

You have to solve the temperature inside Solo, even more in the rooms looking to the west, these last months living there was really complicated, i tried to stay the minimun time in my room, only for sleeping. Knowing the price of the residence is something that is not acceptable and you have to change for the future students.
