The stay was okay, everything was functional. Gym smells like crap, floors in old building smell horrible.
Also, 18m² for 400€ is INSANE! I did not realize this as I was coming from a country of a more advanced economy, but this was absolutely the main reason for leaving solo.
You would think that for this price we could get PROPER, working vacuums, but instead we had some half broken plastic toy.
Paying for laundry is laughable as I was already paying a lot for a goddamn 18m2 cube.
Most of the staff were friendly, and my checkout was very smooth (labai aciu!).
All in all the stay was on the side of pleasant, even though i critisized quite heavily. One big plus was the feeling of absolute safety and common areas in new building were nice.
I hope your organization and shareholders will understand that long term, it is better to invest in to quality of life and happiness, than thirsting for a higher quarterly income.
Have a nice day.
The common kitchen was a little bit messy (not cleaned after cooking for a while, dirty sinks etc.) at floor 3. I never rly wanted to cook there. Also some more fresh air in the corridors would be nice. But that is alll I have to criticize.
Overall a very nice place to stay. Love the study rooms and gym.
Really good place to stay in Kaunas, full of joy, and good people.
I think that it costs too much to do laundry. Otherwise all was very enjoyable!
Please, consider cleaning common areas more thoroughly, kitchens especially. I was definitely not satisfied with that. Also, finding more effective ways to prevent students from bringing kitchen tools to their rooms crucial: there were periods in which no more than two people could cook at a time, due to lack of pans, pots, cutlery, etc.
• One mounted bar for Pull-Ups in the gym (At the ceiling, wall)
• Did not like the colors of the new building in the rooms, would prefer the classical Design of the old one
• Would be nice if a table with 2 chairs is in the large room, because otherwise there is no clear advantage to a medium room, which is cheaper in addition
• I did not like, that it wasn't allowed to use the bridge, which links the two buildings. You have to cross the yard in sports stuff in the rain and cold to get to the gym.
• New building has no own Learning rooms, some kind of compensation would be good.
• Washing machines are very expensive, while they are free in public dorms.
Plan more events for all solo members
Make it easier for other people to come in and get access to different floors
I could only tilt my window which made it difficult to get in fresh air
Let friends stay longer than twelve if they’re not noisy
it was really difficult to meet other people leaving in solo, most of them spend their time in their rooms and don’t even use common areas! I still don’t know who my neighbors were. Maybe something like events and other activities could be done in order to help students to meet each other

More materials to clean rooms and the same materials in room than in other building (I was leaved in the new building, and many of my friends in the old one had clothes dryer in their rooms, and floor cloth on their laundry to clean room.wasnt my case. Also pay attention to accessories in sharing kitchen, in mine it wasn’t strainer.
But instead of that everything was good
