Shared Leadership and Empowerment in Agile Projects

Dear Respondent,
My name is Giedrė Zdanavičienė and I am a student of International Project Management master’s program in Vilnius University Business School. I am inviting you to participate in the research with the aim to study the shared leadership characteristics and empowerment in project teams working according to the Agile methodology.
