Why don’t we use more renewable energy in Lithuania?

  1. Maybe because we don't have enough energy sources or money.
  2. Cause all the equipment costs too much I gues
  3. Because renewable sources aren't developed enough in our country, or it costs a vast array of money.

  7. Too expensive to set up eg solar batteries on the roofs for water heating, other items might not be as easily available
  8. Because devices used to get renewable energy aren't developed at the moment, and the developing would cost a lot, and also government is not very interested in ecologic inovations.
  9. Because there are a lot of regulations, and the laws are not adjusted to promote the use of renewable energy, especially wind or solar power plants.

  27. I dont know. I would really like that Lithuania would use a lot more renewable energy than now.. But you know. Competitors dont want to lose money from selling fuel, or oil or something...
  28. Maybe it's not assured to last for a long time? For instance wind and sun can't be collected all the time.

Also nuclear power projects and all the electricity companies are trying to reduce the usage of renewable energy
