OPEN-AIR MUSEUM OF LITHUANIA SURVEY ON SOUVENIRS

The Open-Air Museum of Lithuania aims to improve the service of the visitors and the assortment of the souvenir shop at the entrance gate of the museum. The purpose of this survey is to find out what visitors' expectations of the souvenir shop are and how to respond to them.
