Needs for Student Housing

 

Dear Students,

Brand new Student Housing project is opening in the city center of Kaunas. As You may know Kaunas city offers a big range of quality studies for students from all over the world. After research it is known that big problem appears for those who have opportunity to come and study here for one semester, one year, two or six years. Two reliable and innovative companies jointed its experience in building and developing new objects in Lithuania and decided to start solving this problem among Universities and students. We believe that new Student Housing appartment complex of 250 rooms with all equipment and furniture will help to focus students more in studies than in solving living, taxies, utility fees, additional services issues. To make it comfortable and flexible place for living, studying, working, we would be thankful if You answer some questions of Your requirements and needs for such Student House appartment.

This questionary is private, non of Your data will be explored or published, this is only for a purpose of creating a better space for all students who come to Kaunas for few years.

� 6 studio places for co-studying/co-working/co-living with TV

� 1 meditation area

� 1 rooftop (on the 7th floor) terrace with the view of Kaunas main street

� Gym hall with main trainers of activity

� Laundry room with washer and dryer

� Cleaning ladies for all areas

� Wi-Fi

� Games room (xBox, TV and table games)

� Security 24/7

� Vending machines (food and non food goods)

� Quality covers for duvets and pillows, table kit, bath kit, robes, towels etc. (extra low charge).
