Motivation Influence on Team Effectiveness in Lithuanian companies

   Dear Participant,

   Thank you for agreeing to take part on this important survey measuring motivational impact on team effectiveness within teamwork environment.

   Please note that this survey is only applicable to those participants who currently work or worked in a teamwork based environment, was an office worker and was or currently working for a company which employed >250 employees, had >7,5 million EU Profit and with >15 million EU Turnover.

   In this survey I'll be collecting your thoughts/opinions in order to better understand which motivational factors impacted you and your team best to be effective and apply that gained insight to my Master Thesis final work.

   This survey consists of two parts which should take no more than 10 minutes to complete. First part will require you to answer demographic questions. In second part, using your experience from latest employment, you will require to measure statements following your own thoughts about what you believe causes teams to be effective and what motivational sources make you effective in your work.

   Be assured that all answers you provide will be kept in the strictest confidentiality. All answers will be compiled together and analysed as a group. Therefore, please answer the questions honestly and realistically.
