Job satisfaction in the restaurant of the hotel "Arena Suite Hotel"

My name is Aiste Petrauskaite and I am currently studying Hotel and Restaurant management. As part of the course students are required to undertake a research project and write a dissertation. To help with this, I should be very grateful if you could spend few minutes to complete this questionnaire. It is important that you understand why the research is being carried out, therefore please read the following information carefully. The purpose of this study is to investigate what factors have an impact on employees’ decision to stay or leave the hotel in which he/she working at, therefore, this questionnaire will be ask you about your experience of working and your job satisfaction in your hotel.
