Do leadership competencies influence employee satisfaction?

This questionnaire was constructed to investigate, whether particular groups of leadership competencies (emotional, social and cognitive) have any impact on employee satisfaction, expressed by their interest to work, motivation and initiative. The survey is dedicated for employees, working in a business companies. The survey is anonymous and its results will be analysed in a scientific research. Thank you for your cooperation.
