We had a really cool host :)
This year i really wanted to play with my band in this event. But didn't suggest it to anyone. So next year, if the band will still exist i'd really like to participate in the summer event.

Not only physical tasks but also mind tasks, where people could sit all together and discuss instead of running all day ;]
In another company, the most developing, challenging and teambuilding conference game I meet, was a trading game. I found links to similar games easily;
