Birthday celebration traditions in East Asian countries (China, South Korea and Japan) and Lithuania

With family and friends.(Not same time) In Japan, the person who have a birthday don't organize the party. Other people organize for the person.(Often it's surprise) So, I will be with my family and friends because they organize for me^^

Usually alone, because i don't prefer to celebrate "My" birthday, and the date of my birthday is summer vacation season, so we can not meet up at that time.
