The relationship between employee engagement, organizational trust and well-being
Dear Respondent, I am Gintarė Lukoševičienė, a second-year student in the Human Resource Management master's program at Vilnius University's Faculty of Economics and Business Administration. I am conducting a research study titled: "The relationship between employee engagement, organizational trust and employee well-being." I would like to invite you to participate in my research, which aims to identify the connections between employee engagement, organizational trust, and well-being at work.
