QM project - METRO

Our group for this project decided to analyze one of the most usable public transport in Lisbon - metro. Because we want to check what people think and what is in their opinion good and bad about metro. We chose to analyze quality which is provided to the consumers and give our suggestions how to improve more the quality of metro. Thanks for cooperation! ;)
