Work intrinsic motivation in relation to turnover intentions and hobo syndrome (job hopping)

I am master degree student in Mykolas Romeris University, Work and Organizational Psychology course. I am conducting the research for my Master thesis about the relationships between intrinsic work motivation, turnover intentions and hobo syndrome (job hopping). I am looking for respondents who already have experience in labour market of at least 3 years. Meaning that you are eligible to participate in this survey if you have 3 years of work experience in any field. Participation in the study should take approximately 10-15 minutes. Carefully read each question or statement and select the suitable response. I assure the confidentiality of information - the results will be used for general and educational purposes. It is very important that you complete the questionnaire without skipping a single question, as only fully completed questionnaires are valuable and allow to draw firm conclusions. Thank you for participation.
