Woman and Man Situation in Different Cultures

Depends on what area of the country you are talking about. Generally speaking, while people are open to women working full time, the are still some areas of the country where mean prefer the women to focus on raising the children and taking care of the house (i.e. be more of a house wife).

This could sometimes be hard for the woman, since she often still has the pressure of beeing head of family too. A man who prioritizes his career over his family, is just another bum, but a woman who does the same, more often, is treated with distaste and blame.

The society loves women who pursues careers in my country. They will throw subsidiaries and sponsorhips at her fett should she choose such a path.

It's OK, as long as she works twice as hard and don't compromise her family-life.
