Questionnaire for need evaluation of training participants

The aim of „Coaches‘ training program“ is to consolidate the coaching/mentorship knowledge, skills, abilities of business support organization specialist, business consultant, to train their creativity and incite to use it together with coaching/mentorship knowledge during business consulting service.  The questionnaire would be used for elucidation of the training participants’ theoretical coaching/mentorship knowledge level.  Also to find out the needs of coaching/mentorship skills and abilities which training participants desire to gain.

The questionnaire is anonymous and results of it would be used only for internal purpose. Thank you for your time to answer the questions.
