I am third course student of physical education in Šiauliai university and right now I am writing a work about physical activity. I would like you to ask some questions about it.

Itroduction: Physical activity or exercise includes activities such as walking briskly, jogging, bicycling, swimming, or any other activity in which the exertion is at least as intense as these activities.
